Let’s join this exciting Cu Lao Cham Island Tour to discover the natural sites of Cu Lao Cham Island – a group of the offshore islands located 20 kms far from Cua Dai Pier in Hoi An city. Enjoy the exciting aquatic activities and have chance to view the colorful barrier reefs and marine creatures under the crystal clear water of the sea. Also have a motorbike ride visiting around the fishing village and experience the local life on the island.
Day 1: Hoi An – Transfer to Cu Lao Cham Island – Walking tour – Free time. O/n at Guest House
PM: At 12:00 pm, our guide and driver pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An and transfer to the Cua Dai Pier to get on speedboat departuring for Cu Lao Cham Island. You will get the excited feeling while on the speedboat and enjoy the clear turquoise water of the wide sea. Upon your arrival at the main island “Hon Lao” at 1:30 pm, you will take a walking tour around the village to know more the local life. Firstly, take a visit at Cham Island Marine Museum where many objects displayed, you will have chance to learn about the history of the island, the traditions and customs of local people. Next, you will visit “Au Thuyen” a local construction which was built for boats sheltering from big storms. Keep walking to 200 year old Hai Tang Pagoda to admire one of the sarced places in the area. You will visit Cham ancient well which provides the source of fresh groundwater for the villagers. Go to Bai Ong Beach, free to swim and unwind on the beach. Here is the famous and beautiful beach where attract many tourists with smooth white sand and pure blue sea water. Enjoy the sunset over the beach, which is good chance for you to take photos with nice sights. Back to guest house and have dinner. Overnight at the guest house.
Day 2: Discovering Cu Lao Cham Island by motorbike – Snorkeling – Transfer back to Hoi An
AM: In this early morning, you will make the motorbike tour around the island to contemplate and take photographs of the impressive sunrise sceneries. You will have chance to enjoy the fresh air and survey the whole scenes of the island when travelling around the mountains and forests. Have breakfast at small local restaurant to get a glimpse of the life of local people here. After that,you will take boat to Bai Xep beach or the islet Hon Dai for swimming and snorkeling to view the vivid coral reefs under the sea. You will back Bai Ong Beach and enjoy lunch.
PM: After lunch, you will take time soaking up the sun and relaxing on the beach. You will get on speedboat back to the mainland and transfer to your hotel in Hoi An around 3:00 pm.
