AM: At 8:00 you will gather at our meeting point and have a welcome drink. Visit the local market in Hoi An to have chance interacting with the local stall owners and purchase some of the ingredients for the cooking lesson. Take a leisurely boat trip along the river and get a glimpse into the river life of local people. On arrival at the Red Bridge Cooking School, you will visit the organic vegetable gardens of the school. The class will start with the chefs’ demonstration of how to make Hoi An popular dishes including fresh spring rolls of shrimp, crispy savoury pancake, Quang chicken noodles, seafood salad, as well as the brief introduction to Vietnamese styled vegetable carving and plate decoration. Then you will practise to make those dishes by yourself and enjoy the lunch. Transfer back to the center of Hoi An ancient town and end the tour.
